1. Damaged or Defective Item

  • If your box or any item arrives damaged, broken, or missing,
    please send us photos/videos within 24 hours.

  • We will send a free replacement right away.

2. Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct one
    without any extra charges.

3. Change of Mind

  • Our products are personalized and sentimental, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

  • But we are always happy to guide you if you need help using the product.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or wrong items.

  • Please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

5. Refunds

You may get a refund only if:
✔ The parcel is lost by the courier
✔ We cannot provide a replacement for some reason

6. Packaging Requirement

  • For damage claims, please keep the original packaging and share clear proof.

7. Processing Time

  • Replacements: 2–5 working days

  • Refunds (if approved): 5–7 working days
