  • You agree to receive updates on WhatsApp/SMS for delivery.
    Orders with wrong information may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Payment & COD

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods where available.
For COD orders, please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Refusing COD orders repeatedly may affect your ability to place future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your city and the courier service.
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delays due to weather, routes, or logistics are not in our control — but we will always help you track your parcel.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.
Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Your information is safe with us and is only used for:

    We do not share your data with anyone except trusted courier partners.

8. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

We have the right to cancel or block orders if a customer:

  • provides fake information

  • repeatedly refuses COD parcels

  • misuses our policies
    This is only to protect our business from misuse.
